Well, first of all, Jordan Salcito is just a badass! Her time at Momofuku (one of my favorite NY restaurants) and Eleven Madison Park should do her justice there. But Ramona's powerhouse brand is an awe-inspiring and new-age concept. She was able to take her skills in the industry and take it to the next level with Spritz in a can - F'ing Genius.
