By now, you probably have seen the wine Field Recordings around. We discussed with a friend recently about the wines from Andrew Jones and Field Recordings, and basically, it came down to loving a wine that you don't want to love so much! Like here we go with another juicy wine out of Paso, but we are finding ourselves loving the wines again and again! We are learning that It's exciting to try wines from Andrew because they are his personal "recordings of fields" - of wines that he has curated from vineyards that he has had the opportunity to help put into place. He has the in, and we can't wait to listen to the full album. 
 
The Freddo lusciously tastes how it looks. It's juicy and pumped with bright energy and black cherry fruit. It's 100% Carbonic Sangiovese, which is just damn cool! Its meant to be consumed and enjoyed young. The tannins on this chillable red bounce around to help enjoy a smooth finish. Pop it in the fridge, wait for the Letters "Freddo" to turn blue - that's when the wine is ready for you!
