2019 Loimer, "Lois" Gruner Veltliner, Kamptal Austria

Fred Loimer is an OG in Austria when it comes to making biodynamic and natural wines. So much that he helped create a certification, respekt-BIODYN, to really lock down the point. This Grüner has dried herbs and is crisp with apple notes. Its juicy with salinity. Complex but so well put together.
