2019 Lampyres "Point Triple" Blanc, Roussillon France

François - Xavier Daure is a young winemaker making delicous organic wines from in the sub region of the Roussillon, Espira de L'Agly. 90% Macabeu and 10% Muscat d' Alexandrie. The grapes are harvested together and undergo a 3 - day whole bunch maceration in the same tank. The wine goes through full maloactic fermentation and remains on the fine lees util bottling.
