    Hector and Pablo Durigutti are the winemakers and brothers behind Aguijón de Abeja wines. Hector has been in the game since he was 15 and has completed 25 projects at various well-known wineries. Pablo started at La Rural, a winery owned by Catena. They mixed their styles of old-world techniques (Hector) and new world viticulture (Pablo). They started with 3000 bottles and in 2002 the production grew steadily, Organically grown and hand-harvested, their fermentations take place with native yeasts and no winemaking additives. The wines are unfined and unfiltered. Low sulfite levels 25 - 30 MG /L.
