This historic and delcious portuguese wine is made up of a blend of 40% Baga, 30% Touriga Nacional & 30% Merlot. Graça Maria tends to the vineyards with biodynamic practices and integrated practices, seeking to balance the soil and vines in order to ensure the health of the vineyards for the future. This wine lushes at you with portugese personalty!! Flavors of star anise, black and red fruit, slight spice with a touch of oak to round it off.

A Little More...
Each varietal comes from separate parcels and is macerated and fermented separately using indigenous yeasts. The grapes were traditionally fermented and trodden in stone lagar and then allowed to mature for 12 months in used oak casks.
